The City of Ann of Ann Arbor took proactive steps following state and county health officials' directives to slow the spread of the COVID-19 and postponed scheduling Glenwood Traffic Calming Meeting #1. To continue safe physical distancing and keep projects moving forward, public meetings are now being conducted electronically for this project area.
Meeting #1 has been scheduled for Wednesday, August 12 from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. This meeting will be held electronically on Zoom which is an internet-based communication tool. Staff will present Traffic Calming Program details; neighbors will be asked to identify concerns and opportunities along the project area. Staff will share ideas that have been developed by professional engineers and are intended to address project area conditions and community feedback.
The Zoom meeting access link and call-in number for each meeting will be posted to a2gov.org/TCGlenwood 24 hours prior to the scheduled meeting time. It is important for participants to attend and stay through the end of both meetings to provide input on all potential devices. Staff will use the feedback from meeting #1 to develop the preliminary plan utilized in Meeting #2.
