Please join us for a neighborhood meeting to discuss the upcoming project to remove lime residuals in the storage lagoon behind Wines Elementary School.

Lime residuals are a non-hazardous byproduct of the City’s drinking water purification process.  The lagoon is reaching capacity and requires removal. Residuals will be hauled by truck between Sept. 1 and Dec. 31, 2019 with Sunset, Newport, Miller, and Maple Roads used for the trucking route. The meeting will review the project scope and solicit public input. Project information is available online at a2gov.org/limeremoval.
